What is EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique?
"EFT is a therapy which involves gentle tapping of the fingertips on a sequence of meridian points on the head, face and body. The tapping action coupled with engaging the energy body and intention on an issue allows us to specifically target emotional issues and release that issue from our body.
EFT is very simple and easy to do to oneself, for any number of issues. However for heightened emotional issues requiring support, complex issues where the person is unsure to begin, or for emotional issues not responding to home EFT, it is best to engage with a practitioner who has training and understanding behind them to assist effectively."
